1. Who We Are

Bloop! is an independent mobile game designed for families, kids, and anyone who loves satisfying ASMR bubble-popping. This privacy policy explains how the app handles (or more accurately, does not handle) your personal information.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be crystal clear. Bloop! does not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• Your location or GPS data
• Your device ID, advertising ID, or any device identifiers
• Analytics, crash reports, or usage statistics
• Photos, camera, or microphone data
• Contacts or any other app data
• Payment or financial information
• Children's personal information of any kind

3. What Stays on Your Device

Bloop! saves the following information only on your device, using your phone's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any server:

• Player profile names and chosen emoji avatars (you create these)
• High scores and game statistics
• Your selected theme and difficulty preferences

You can delete all of this at any time by uninstalling the app.

4. Internet and Network Access

Bloop! does not require an internet connection to play. The game works completely offline — perfect for flights, travel, and areas without WiFi or cellular signal. The app does not make any network requests during gameplay.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliant)

Bloop! is designed to be enjoyed by children and families. We take children's privacy seriously and fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar international regulations.

Because we collect zero personal information from any user — including children under 13 — there is no risk of children's data being collected, stored, or shared. The app contains:

• No advertising of any kind
• No in-app purchases
• No social features or external links
• No chat or communication features
• No collection of any personal data

6. Advertising

Bloop! contains no advertisements of any kind — no banner ads, no video ads, no rewarded ads, no sponsored content. We believe in a clean, distraction-free experience especially for children.

7. Third-Party Services

Bloop! does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or any similar service.

8. Device Sensors

Bloop! uses your device's motion sensor (gyroscope) to create a beautiful parallax background effect — the background shifts slightly as you tilt your phone. This sensor data is processed entirely on-device in real time and is never stored or transmitted anywhere.

The app also uses haptic feedback (vibration) to make bubble pops feel satisfying. No data is collected from this.

9. Data Security

Since Bloop! collects no personal data and operates entirely offline, there is no personal data to secure, breach, or misuse. Your game data lives only on your device, protected by your device's own security.

10. Your Rights

Since we store no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on our end. To remove all game data, simply uninstall the app from your device. This permanently removes all locally stored profiles and scores.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how Bloop! handles data, we will update this policy and the date below. We commit to always being transparent. Our core principle — collecting zero personal data — will not change.
